White wines are made from white or red grape varieties without skin contact, which gives them their light colour. They can be dry, semi-dry or sweet, and their profile ranges from fresh and citrus notes to more complex and fruity flavours, depending on the variety and the type of ageing. Among the most common grapes are Chardonnay, Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc or Palomino, among others.
