OUR HISTORY
Williams & Humbert has been part of the history of sherry and brandy since 1877. Founded by the British Sir Alexander Williams and Arthur Humbert, the winery was established with a clear international vision, determined to bring the wines and brandies of the Jerez region to markets worldwide.
The winery played a key role in the creation of the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Designation of Origin, helping to consolidate the prestige and international recognition of these unique wines.

If you prefer sweet flavours, you can opt for a wine like Canasta or Don Zoilo Pedro Ximénez. To accompany meals, finos, amontillados and olorosos from Jerez such as Don Zoilo Fino or Don Zoilo Amontillado are excellent. As a gift, vintage wines or VORS are an exclusive and sophisticated option.
It is a generous wine produced in the Marco de Jerez, in the south of Spain. It is made mainly from Palomino Fino grapes and undergoes a unique ageing process under a veil of flor in the case of organic and/or oxidative wines, which gives it complex flavours and a wide variety of styles: from dry wines such as fino and amontillado, to sweet wines such as Pedro Ximénez.
