Tasting note

This wine has a greenish-yellow appearance. On the nose, it offers fine and clean aromas of white fruit and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is aromatic and fresh, with citrus notes that show good expressiveness, a balanced and pleasant passage, and a long aftertaste.

Serving Suggestions

Ideal as an aperitif. Pairs perfectly with fish, salads, rice dishes, and vegetables.

Serve between 7º and 8º temperature.

Supplementary information

Winemaking: Once the grapes are destemmed, they are cooled and macerated while maintaining temperature control for 12 hours in order to extract maximum aromas from the skins and increase the wine’s smoothness. These wines are produced following the concept of controlled fermentation with temperature regulation and without oxygen contact. Once clean, the must undergoes slow alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14 degrees Celsius for 20 days.
