Información Supplementary information

Production: made with clean first-pressing musts, very delicate, and selected yeast, which have fermented at a controlled temperature between 16º and 20ºC in stainless steel tanks.

The Brand: In the heart of the Sherry region, where winemaking tradition intertwines with innovation, Estero was born. Its name evokes the estuaries of Cádiz, areas where sea and land merge in perfect balance, just as this wine harmonizes the freshness of the Palomino grape with the unique character of its terroir.
