Tasting note

With a brilliant pearly pink color and fine, persistent perlage, this wine offers fruity aromatic notes on the nose, highlighting strong scents of apple, white peach, citrus, and wild strawberries, as well as floral touches of peach blossoms. On the palate, it is fresh and delicate, presenting itself as fragrant and confirming the olfactory sensations, with a good retro-olfactory persistence that enhances the experience.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is a wine for all meals that pairs well with fresh and light dishes, such as caprese or medium-cured serrano ham, vegetable risotto, simple fish main courses, and roasted or grilled white meats. Perfect with raw fish and sushi. It is also recommended with pizza.

Production: The cultivation area for Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, used in the production of this wine, extends across the Prosecco DOC zone. These areas are characterized by a temperate climate and alluvial clay soils rich in minerals, ideal conditions for best expressing the properties of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes. The two wines obtained are then blended and re-fermented according to the Martinotti Method at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C; this re-fermentation process lasts 2 months.
