Ingredients

• 50 ml Clandestina Blanco Tequila
• 5 ml Mezcal
• 25 ml lime juice
• 25 ml sugar syrup
• 15 ml egg white
• 3 raspberries
• Hibiscus petals
• Powdered sugar
• Ice

Preparation

The first step is to muddle the 3 raspberries in the shaker, then add all the other ingredients. Fill the shaker with ice and give it a strong first shake. Once it’s cold, open the shaker and strain the mixture twice back into the same shaker, discarding the ice. Then shake again without ice to emulsify the egg white. Once finished, pour into a coupe glass.
