At Finca Duernas, we have been producing oil for 200 years. The harvest is early, and the milling is very carefully and briefly done. The mill, located in the heart of the Estate, allows us to offer a unique olive juice, full of aromas and nutrients.
Organic Duernas Oleum Picual has an intense aroma of green grass and olive leaf. Its entry in the mouth is pleasant, but some bitter nuances with notes of green almond and artichoke soon appear.

Ideal for use in the preparation of stews, meat marinades, frying, salads, and preserves of raw or cooked foods such as cheeses and cured meats.
