At Finca Duernas, we have been producing oil for 200 years. The harvest is early, and the milling is very carefully and briefly done. The mill, located in the heart of the Estate, allows us to offer a unique olive juice, full of aromas and nutrients.
Organic Duernas Oleum Arbequina is characterized by its fruity aroma, highlighting notes of tomato and banana. Despite its sweet entry in the mouth, it surprises with its long spicy aftertaste due to its high content of natural antioxidants.
Organic oil.
This sweet variety is ideal for use in baking. Its tomato plant notes add an extra touch to dishes where tomato is the main ingredient, such as gazpacho and salmorejo. When used raw, it is a perfect complement to salads, toasts, and light marinades.
