Canasta wine has a history that goes back more than half a century and is one of the most internationally renowned sherries. Its name and style have become synonymous with quality and tradition in the category of sweet Jerez wines, the result of a careful blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez and its ageing in oak casks using the traditional criaderas and solera system.
