Definition : It is a blend of 5 years old rum from Guyana and 5 years old rum from Barbados. This blend is then shipped to our Bodega in Jerez, southern Spain where it is further aged for another year in old casks of Pedro Ximenez Sherry.

Tasting notes : Appearance: Clean, bright amber colour with golden reflections (old gold).
Nose: Attractive ‘pastry’ aromas, intense notes of oak and spices, vanilla, honey, caramel and toasted nuts. It is perfectly balanced.
Palate: Elegant, silky and smooth on the palate, with oak and spices and notes of vanilla, honey, caramel and toasted nuts. It has a slight raisin hint aftertaste from the Pedro Ximenez Sherry cask ageing.
