Flavouring : A sherry aged statically for 18 years in 500 to 600L American oak casks

Acidity : 2.9/7.6 g/L Tartaric Acid

Tasting notes : Mahogany in colour with flecks of gold. Great aromatic complexity. Elegant in the mouth, mineral with a very long and subtle aftertaste.
