Flavouring : A sherry that has been statically aged for 9 years in American oak barrels of 600 litres.

Säure : 3.4/4 g/L tartaric acid.
Feststellungen aus der Weinprobe : Golden in colour, very expressive aromas reminiscent of dry white flowers, sharp, on the palate it is dry, elegant, with notes of freshly baked bread and biological ageing, very unctuous with a long finish.
