Definition : The Don Zoilo range includes 5 wine varieties of extraordinary quality, with the designation of origin Jerez-Xérèz-Sherry and Manzanilla de Sanlúcar. Oloroso, palo Cortado and Pedro Ximénez are more than 15 years old certified by the Sherry Wine Regulatory Board (Consejo Regulador).

Feststellungen aus der Weinprobe : Wine the colour of old gold. Very sharp, intense aroma, complex with hints of dried fruits and hazelnut. Mouthfeel is dry, silky, very balanced acidity, full-bodied and very elegant character, persistent mouthfeel, tremendously expressive retronasal olfaction.

Konsumempfehlung : Exceptional wine, ideal for sipping slowly (“meditation wine”). Drink with dried fruits, mature cheeses and at the table, consommés, stews and gelatinous meats (oxtail, pork cheeks...).
