Traubenart : White, Palomino / Pedro Ximénez variety

Alkoholgehalt : 20 % Alc/Vol.

Weinart : Cream (Oloroso Dulce)

Zuckergehalt : Sweet, 130 gm/L.

Feststellungen aus der Weinprobe : Dark mahogany in colour with bright copper highlights. Very intense aroma, characteristic of tobacco, cedar, spices, toasted sugar, toffee, dried peaches, prunes, figs and walnut, with faint notes of vanilla. Sweet, elegant, high acidity due to concentration, fresh, velvety and very well balanced in the mouth. Very persistent retronasal sensation, complex, pleasant and generous. A tremendously expressive and elegant wine.

Konsumempfehlung : At around 16 to 18ºC, at any moment, with nuts, creamy cheese or blue cheese, even on its own, after dinner, as the drink in “coffee, dink and a cigar”.
