Definition : Brandy made with grape spirits obtained from wine of medium alcohol content and aged in oak casks.

Sugar content : 15 gr./l.

Tasting notes : Amber with hues of gold. It has the complex “estery” nose that is characteristic of good distilling, with a hint of dried fruits and burnt wood. The palate is balanced and persistent, with a soft, savoury and slightly bitter finish.

Suggestions for consumption : An ideal after-dinner drink. It is equally satisfying at room temperature in the traditional snifter or on ice in a glass.
