Definition : Amontillado Medium Sweet is a revolutionary wine, a treasure discovered over 30 years ago in the Williams & Humbert winery. It was bottled for the first time six years ago as the overseer was the only one who knew of its existence. Deep amber colour, incisive perfume reminiscent of caramel, toast and toffee. Front palate is creamy and subtly sweet and back palate reveals the pungent, sharp character of long ageing. A great performance. A jewel.
