Información Supplementary information

Elaboration: The plots are harvested manually at their optimal ripeness point, after strict analytical and field tasting control, when the grape expresses its best qualities. The grapes are selected at the winery entrance, keeping only the bunches that show excellent health and ripeness. After destemming, the elaboration is carried out by gravity without the use of aggressive pumping that could damage the grapes. Fermentation occurs at low temperature to enhance freshness and extract the silkiest tannins. The total maceration is around 20 days.

The brand: The Miguel Sanz family has been dedicated to vine cultivation and winemaking for three generations. At Hacienda Miguel Sanz, we have a maxim that is very simple but full of commitment, which is the care, affection, and exclusive dedication we put into winemaking.
