Production: Selection of grapes in the vineyard and hand-harvested. They are transported in 20-kilo boxes to the winery. Once the grapes are destemmed and cooled, they are cold macerated for 20 hours. Subsequently, a static cold bleeding is carried out and the clean must is transferred to tanks for fermentation at 15 degrees Celsius for two days. For three months, it is aged on lees and then bottled.

The Brand: Located in Rioja Alavesa, in Laguardia, this family-tradition winery combines its heritage in winemaking and aging with a fresh and avant-garde approach to business and marketing methods.
