Elaboration: Produced in the traditional way from a selection of grapes and old vine vineyards, fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature between 22 and 28 degrees Celsius. Maceration for 3 weeks with frequent pumping over to achieve a good color structure and tannin extraction. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels.
