Tasting note

This wine exhibits a beautiful ruby red color, covered and bright. Its aroma presents fruity and elegant memories, accentuated by the barrel aging, which adds notes of noble wood, spicy spices and cocoa. On the palate, it is long, intense and balanced, with a persistent and pleasant aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany roasts, stews, grilled meats, cured meats, or aged cheeses.

Serve between 16º and 18º temperature

Supplementary information

Production: It is the result of a very rigorous selection of our best grapes from the 2016 harvest. Destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, with a controlled temperature of 28 degrees Celsius. Maceration for 15 days, with continuous pumping over to obtain a good color extraction. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in new French oak barrels for 12 months and after aging.
