Tasting note

This wine exhibits a beautiful ruby red color, covered and bright. Its aroma presents fruity and elegant memories, accentuated by the barrel aging, which adds notes of noble wood, spicy spices and cocoa. On the palate, it is long, intense and balanced, with a persistent and pleasant aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany roasts, stews, grilled meats, cured meats or aged cheeses.

Supplementary information

Elaboration: Destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature of 28 degrees Celsius. Maceration for 15 days, with continuous pumping over to obtain a good color extraction. The best grapes are selected from the oldest vineyards and higher altitude plots.
