Elaboration: Traditionally produced from a selection of grapes, sourced from old vine vineyards and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius. Maceration for 3 weeks with frequent pumping over to achieve a good structure of color and soft tannins.
