Tasting note

Deep cherry color. It has an elegant aroma, reminiscent of red fruits and fine woods. On the palate, it is round, smooth, and fleshy, proof of its careful maceration. It has a long and persistent aftertaste.

Pairs very well with fresh pasta, sheep’s cheese, and all types of meat.

Elaboration: Produced, destemmed, and finished in stainless steel tanks, with a controlled temperature of 28 degrees Celsius. 15-day maceration, with continuous pumping over to obtain a good color extraction. This wine is aged in American and French oak barrels for a minimum of twelve months, and the rest in the bottle until its commercialization.
