Tasting note
It displays a bright orange colour with amber highlights and fine, persistent bubbles that provide freshness and vibrancy while enhancing its appealing, refreshing appearance.
The nose is intense and enveloping, with perfectly balanced notes of sweet and bitter orange complemented by the distinctive citrus freshness and subtle floral character of Buddha’s hand citron. Delicate nuances of elderflower and subtle hints of aged Oloroso add notes of toasted nuts and elegant oxidative ageing.
On the palate, it is fresh and well balanced, with a gentle sweetness that harmonises with the lively citrus flavours and distinctive character of Buddha’s hand citron. It achieves an excellent balance between sweetness, freshness and vinous character, supported by notes of toasted nuts and the oxidative nuances typical of Oloroso. Its fine, refreshing bubbles add lightness and extend the finish.
The finish is medium in length, fresh and citrusy, leaving elegant notes of orange and Buddha’s hand citron alongside a subtle hint of aged Oloroso.
