Información Supplementary information

Production: Made from second-press must, Canasta is a blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines aged through a physico-chemical oxidation process, using the Solera and Criadera system, in 500-liter American oak barrels.

The brand: This brand, which refers to the traditional wicker baskets used during harvest, has become one of the flagships of Williams Humbert Winery.

Born in the middle of the last century, Canasta has helped to enhance the name of sherry worldwide, after becoming the national sales leader in its category. The smoothness and warmth of this sweet oloroso make it an ideal wine for any occasion. Whether as an aperitif, accompanying main dishes such as meat, or as an excellent finishing touch to enjoy with a good dessert.

It is also an excellent option as an ingredient in mixed drinks and cocktails.
