Wine with a bright amber color and an intense aroma reminiscent of dried fruits and walnuts. On the palate, it is full-bodied, harmonious, low in acidity and quite sweet, with a persistent aftertaste.

It can be enjoyed on its own or with ice, recommended both as an aperitif and to accompany pastries.

Production: Free-run musts, controlled fermentation at 28°C. Fortification with wine-distilled alcohol up to 19.5°, blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximénez sobretablas waiting to enter the Criaderas and Soleras system for aging and maturation of the physico-chemical type by oxidation for a minimum average time of six years, resulting in this unique very sweet oloroso, or medium sweet as the British call it.
