Rosa de Guadalupe

Ingredients

• 35 ml Clandestina Blanco Tequila
• 15 ml Mezcal
• 15 ml Dry Curaçao
• 35 ml spicy pineapple syrup
• 25 ml lime juice
• Ice

Preparation

Rosa de Guadalupe: Add all the ingredients into a shaker, fill to the top with ice, and shake gently, trying not to break the ice too much. Then double strain into a chilled glass.

Garnish

Salt and pepper mix with rose petals, dehydrated pineapple slice
