Preparation

The Pomelo Kiss is a refreshing, floral cocktail with a feminine character, combining the smoothness of Cubical Kiss with the aromatic profile of Lillet Blanc and the bubbly freshness of pink tonic. A light and elegant proposal, perfect as an aperitif or for special moments at sunset.

In its preparation, 50 ml of Gin Cubical Kiss is mixed with 35 ml of Lillet Blanc, a French aperitif made from white wines macerated with citrus fruits. This combination creates a smooth aromatic base, with notes of grapefruit, red berries, and white flowers. The blend is completed with well-chilled pink tonic, which adds delicate bubbles and a very balanced bitter touch.

Served in a balloon glass or tall glass with plenty of ice, the Pomelo Kiss presents itself as an elegant, subtly sweet, and very aromatic cocktail.
