Cubical Collins

Ingredients

• 50 ml of Cubical Ultra Premium

• 100 ml of lemon juice

• 100 ml of soda

• 1 teaspoon of sugar

• 1 ice cube

Preparation

The Cubical Collins is our interpretation of the classic Tom Collins, prepared with the elegance and character of Cubical Ultra Premium. A refreshing, balanced cocktail full of nuances that highlights the botanical notes of our premium gin.

To prepare it, we start by dissolving a teaspoon of sugar in natural lemon juice, which will act as the citrus base of the cocktail. This mixture is poured directly into a tall glass, like a highball, where we add a large ice cube that will keep the drink cold without watering it down excessively.

Next, we add 50 ml of our Cubical Ultra Premium gin, a London Dry with its own personality, made with carefully selected botanicals. To lighten and add effervescence, we top it off with 100 ml of soda, which gives it that bubbly and refreshing touch so characteristic of the Collins.

We stir gently to integrate all the ingredients without losing the gas from the soda. The result is an aromatic and vibrant cocktail, ideal for those looking for a sophisticated and light drink.

As a final touch, it can be decorated with a slice of lemon or even a basil or mint leaf, if you want to highlight the herbal profile of the mix.

Garnish

Dehydrated lemon slice, which adds a more refined look and doesn’t affect the balance of the cocktail with extra juices.

You can combine it with a mint leaf for greater contrast.
